Medical facilities vary from country to country, and Tierra Biru Viajes makes no representations or warranties regarding the standard of such treatment.

Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment that may be necessary during the tour. If the chosen holiday includes any form of boat excursion or transfer, the Customer must inform at the time of booking if they cannot swim. This will not prevent the Customer from participating in the tour but will allow Tierra Biru Viajes to take additional precautions for the Customer’s safety at appropriate times.

16. Flight Reservations
a) Tierra Biru Viajes will make every effort to ensure that all flight prices are correct at the time they are quoted. Airlines reserve the right to modify or withdraw fares without prior notice. b) The fare can only be guaranteed when the flight reservation has been paid in full and a ticket has been issued.
c) Flight reservations cannot be transferred. Flight schedules provided by Tierra Biru Viajes are for general guidance only and are subject to change. Updated flight schedules will be shown on the tickets.
d) The Customer must check the tickets very carefully immediately after receiving the final schedules. Tierra Biru Viajes will strive to inform the Customer as soon as possible in case there is any flight alteration.
e) Airline details are also subject to change. Such alterations do not constitute a significant change to the travel arrangements and, therefore, do not entitle cancellation without paying normal charges as a result.
f) Tierra Biru Viajes is not responsible for any delay in your flight, whether this delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, action by air traffic controllers, airport authorities or governments (local), rescheduling of flight schedules by the airline, mechanical breakdown, strike, industrial action, or any other reason.
17. Customer Responsibility
a) Customers agree to accept the authority and decisions of Tierra Biru Viajes employees, travel leaders, and travel consultants while touring with Tierra Biru Viajes.
