Itinerary
Experience the heart of the Andes in one unforgettable day through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, one of Cusco’s most beautiful and culturally rich regions. This full-day tour combines panoramic viewpoints, traditional markets, and archaeological sites that reveal the grandeur of the Inca Empire. Begin with sweeping views from the Taray Viewpoint, continue through the colorful Pisac Market and Pisac Ruins, and enjoy a buffet lunch in Urubamba. In the afternoon, explore the impressive fortress of Ollantaytambo and finish in Chinchero, where Inca heritage and colonial history blend through terraces, tradition, and living culture. A perfect option for travelers seeking scenery, traditions, and archaeology with a comfortable return to Cusco.
We start at 07:30 a.m. with hotel pick-up and head into the stunning Sacred Valley of the Incas, known for its mountains, river landscapes, and fertile farmland. Our first stop is the Taray Viewpoint, where we admire the agricultural terraces and fields stretching across the valley, blending nature and living culture. We continue to the Pisac Market, full of colors, aromas, and traditions—ideal for meeting local artisans and discovering regional products. Next, we visit the Pisac Ruins, an archaeological complex that combines Inca history, architecture, and agriculture while offering incredible panoramic views. In Urubamba, we enjoy a buffet lunch with typical dishes before continuing to Ollantaytambo, with its terraces, stonework, and ceremonial plazas showcasing Inca engineering. Finally, we visit Chinchero, exploring its archaeological site and colonial church, a living testimony of both Inca and Spanish legacies. We return to Cusco around 18:30 p.m. and drop you off at your hotel.
